The Conflict Analytics Lab at Queen’s University is excited to announce the appointment of Alex Thibault to the Advisory team of OpenJustice, an open-access generative AI for legal information. 

Mr. Thibault is a distinguished entrepreneur and lawyer with an impressive record of accomplishment, having held C-Level roles at three scaling tech companies, two of which received global recognition and collectively raised a remarkable $200M during his tenure. Notably, he spearheaded Edilex, one of Canada’s leading legal tech companies, responsible for generating more contract pages daily than most law firms in the country. His diverse expertise also extends to being an expert-in-residence at one of the world’s leading incubators and an accomplished tech investor.

In her role as an advisor, Mr. Thibault will provide valuable insights to help OpenJustice establish critical partnerships and collaborative research opportunities, contributing to OpenJustice’s mission to create an open-access dependable AI to improve access to justice in our communities.
